Please update README when model weights are updated

This is a kind request to the Unsloth team. Please use descriptive commit messages or update the ReadME when model weights are updated. This will give the community a better idea of what is being updated and we can re-download the GGUF files accordingly (some of the GGUF files were updated a few hours ago and now I'm not sure if I need to redownload the files). Thank you for your efforts!
